This was one of the most beautiful Reds I have ever caught. The gold on this male was stunning! He measured in at 38".

This is one of the Red's released.

This was one of the 3 Bull Reds I caught on September 30th. I caught a 33", and 38" and a 43". Still looking for one over 50" long. All were released to fight another day.

Here is another picture of Dewey and his Jack. This was right before Dewey kissed the fish. Dewey also caught a 6ft Shark - we didn't get good pics of the shark - but needless to say - it was quite a fight!

This is from September 30th Fishing Trip. Dewey caught a Jack Carvelle - just about whooped him!

September 27th at the Jetties - This is the largest Bull Red to date - 44" - 35ish pounds. Did not catch any other Reds that day - pretty slack tide - and Red Run maybe about over for this year. He was released to fight another day.

This is a picture that was taken while I was fishing on a small island in Panama. It was as beautiful as you could imagine. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to catch fish there. But it was so beautiful, it didn't really matter.

This is the only way the Lynn Benefield could ever outfish me. (laughing)

This is DaParson gingerly taking the hook from one of the Bull Reds caught that day. It is very important to get the Reds back into the water as soon and as safely as possible. Great care is taken to return these fish to the water so they can finish their spawn.

This was one of the five Bull Red's the Mark Redd caught on the September 20th, 2004 trip to the Jettys. They ranged in size from 35" to 40" long.

This is a Bull Red that Dewey caught on the September 20th, 2004 trip to the Jettys. On the day there were 7 Bull Reds caught. DaParson caught 5 - Dewey caught 2 - and Danny .... well ..... Danny lost one and cried like a baby.

This was a nice slot Red - about 26" long - that Danny caught and took home to keep his Flounder company.

On September 20th, 2004 - Danny Webb caught this Flounder on a trip to the Jettys. He did not return it to fight another day - - he chose to take it home - stuff it with shrimp and introduce it to his grill. Danny also caught a nice Stingray early in the day.

On the September 14th, Mark Redd (DaParson) caught 6 Bull Reds ranging from 34" to 40". All were released to fight another day. These were caught on the Shimano 3500 Baitrunner Rod and Reel with 12lb test line.

This was one of the 2 Bull Red's the Dewey Walls caught on the September 14th fishing trip.

This was one of the three Bull Reds that Bass Redd caught that day. All were returned to fight another day. Who said farmers can't catch fish?

This was from a September 14th, 2004 fishing trip to the Jettys. This is Bass Redd (DaParson's Father) reeling in a big red. This was caught on a Shimano 4000fa Reel with 12lb test line and Shimano Stimula Rod.

This is a 3 lb Peacock Bass caught on a Mission Trip to Panama. It was caught on Lake Gatun - the lake that the Panama Canal runs through.

This is from the same fishing trip in August 2004 to the Jettys. Mr. Walls brought in this 34" Red. These were cleaned and tasted quite nice - thank you very much.

From a fishing trip in August 2004. We were fishing at the end of the North Jetty. This was a 42" Bull Red weighing 27lbs. It was caught on light tackle - 10 lb test line. It was the only Bull Red I have tagged and brought home.
